Alisa Lewis became a Realtor at the young age of 22 while attending Colorado Christian University and earning her Bachelor’s Degree in business and marketing.   She was inspired by her aunt, a Realtor, who put the needs of her clients before her own and worked hard to truly help each and every person she met.  Alisa decided that she also wanted to help and assist people with one of the most important decisions in life.   Alisa’s heart for people is what prompted her to become a Realtor.  She cares about meeting the needs of home buyers and sellers and making sure their criteria is fulfilled.  A home purchase is a big deal and Alisa understands that importance.  Alisa believes the home is a special place where family memories are made, where rest from the world can be found, and where guests are invited to share in rich fellowship.

 Now, 8 years later, Alisa has helped dozens of families purchase and sell homes.   She feels it is truly a special and rewarding career and loves the moments she gets to share with her clients during the entire transaction.  She specializes in helping first time home buyers and those selling their first homes in order to move up and their lives change.  She focuses on the South Metro Denver area including Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Castle Rock, Parker, and Aurora.  She also sells in the Western part of Denver, including Lakewood, Golden, and Conifer.   

Alisa believes working with first time home buyers is tremendously exciting.  Typically the first time home buyer is young and Alisa enjoys educating these clients on the real estate market, the transaction process, and then showing them numerous homes that meet their criteria.  Alisa loves getting young buyers to the closing table and seeing them obtain the keys to their very first home! 

When Alisa is not working with a client in a real estate transaction, she can be found spending time with her husband and two young sons, now 3 years old and 8 months old.  These two sweet boys keep her very busy but she loves every moment of being a mom.  As a family woman, Alisa understands the needs of families when they buy or sell a home and appreciates the stress families go through during the moving transition.   

Alisa is very involved in her church, Littleton Bible Chapel.   Alisa and her husband are leaders of the Parents of Preschoolers (POPs) group as well as Sunday school teachers for the 3-4 year old classroom.  They love their church and the wonderful fellowship through many friends at LBC.  Alisa also loves the great outdoors of Colorado and is often outside walking or playing with her boys.  She loves to plant flowers in her yard and often has a little “assistant” who insists on helping water and pull weeds!  She also sneaks off to the gym whenever time allows for it to get in a body pump or turbo kickboxing class, or workout with her husband which is a very fun date for busy parents!     

Alisa recently teamed up with her mother, Pamela Williams, to become The Realty Team to Trust.  She felt she needed another hand to really service her clients well and give them the attention they need and deserve.  She could not think of a better person to team up with then her mom; a woman of integrity, kindness, and a hard work ethic.  Home buyers and sellers truly enjoy working with her, so Alisa knew she wanted Pamela on her team!

Alisa is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  She has earned her Graduate of Realtor Institute certification (GRI) and has received several rewards as a top producing agent while at Keller Williams Realty.
