Beth Gibson considers herself very blessed.
She and her husband, Phil, have been married 20 years, and their three children (Alyssa, Kaitlin, and Andrew) make them extremely proud. Of course, the family wouldn't be complete without their short-haired border collie, Smoky.
Beth is also strongly tied to her community. She has enjoyed volunteering in the elementary, middle, and high schools her children have attended, and she also spends a lot of volunteer hours at Eastern Hills Community Church.
The entire family takes full advantage of the Colorado lifestyle, camping and hiking in the summer and skiing and snowboarding all winter.
The one hobby Beth really gets into is scrapbooking. It is rewarding to see how much her family enjoys her scrapbook creations, too. Preserving family memories is important, and Beth is happy that her 16-, 14-, and 11-year-old haven't yet outgrown the joy of looking through family albums.
Beth also likes sewing and quilting, but who has time for that? She dreams of getting back to those crafts in a few years when her kids take off for college.
