Carl has been a Realtor since 1995.  He holds the prestigious designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).  These designations are held by less than 4% of all brokers in the U.S.  Carl specializes in the south metro area, although he has sold homes in as far north as Broomfield and Erie.  Carl has been a real estate investor for over 20 years.  He still owns 6 homes in Douglas County and several others in the metro area.  Carl graduated from the USAF Academy in 1965 with a bachelors degree in basic science.  He received a masters degree in businss from the University of Arkansas.  Carl retired from the US Air Force after over 29 years as a fighter pilot and test pilot.
