Colorado is a desirable place to live. The Denver area boasts several professional sports teams, a world-class amusement park, a family water park, a booming downtown, thousands of miles of bike trails, museums, theaters, and five-star dining. The mountains are a short drive away and offer year round activities including skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.
The Denver metro area is blessed with over 300 days of sunshine a year. It’s not unusual to be golfing in January on a Denver area course and skiing the next day in one of our world-class resorts. Our semi-arid climate invites outdoor living almost nine months out of the year. Most people coming from humid environments quickly realize that they left the mosquitoes behind. Here we don’t fight the weather, we enjoy it.
