Brenda is our Transaction Manager with extensive real estate experience. Brenda is responsible for working with me to set the terms of any counter-offer and prepare the paperwork. She tracks all the dates to ensure that they are met. She works closely with the title company and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction. Brenda works through any inspection and pre-closing issues and keeps your online transaction map up to date with transaction activities. She comunicates with you throughout the process always keeping you abreast on your transaction. Breanda also prepares the paperwork for closing.
Josh is the proprietor of Buffalo River Studio, who has been our on-site marketing company for six years. He brings experience in computers and graphic design to the office. Josh is responsible for taking measurements and photos of your property. He creates and prints your brochures. He delivers signs, lockboxes and brochures to your property. He enters your listing into Metrolist (MLS0 and keeps the listing updated. Josh prepares electronic full-color visual tours of your home. He is incharge of the MLS details and dates along with refreshing your listing.
Tina has a BS in Communications and a Masters in Secondary Education. She is responsible for keeping our properties up to date on our websites, preparing market analysis data for your home and preparing writen communication to you during the pre-contract period. Tina is responsible for updating Internet driven market email support systems, Internet publishing and authoring, and education and systems integration.
