Hi There!  I'm Joe Bennell, I've been brokering and investing in Colorado Real Estate since Jan. 2004.  My family has lived in Boulder County since 1979 and I've been a part of the Longmont Community since 2002.

My background and formal education is in technology, however I've always been passionate about housing.  I spent much of my late teens and early twenties getting my hands dirty in the building trades; framing houses, wiring, plumbing, remodeling.  I'm no stranger to hard work!  I was drawn to the fix and flip opportunities around Y2K and made my move into the real estate investing scene in late 2003.

Since that time my business has evolved from a small fix and flip operation, to an Independent Broker, then a Broker responsible for several associates, and now serving the independent Broker community with tools, services, and communications from Realty Alliance and the HomeBrokerNetwork.

I, my team, and the members of the offices that I own have helped hundreds of families, property investors, business owners, and real estate brokers achieve their goals.
