My Background: 

I have been a resident of Colorado for 20 years. I have lived and worked in the Denver area until moving to Windsor 3 years ago. Prior to that, I lived in Nebraska and Iowa-which is my native state. I was raised on a farm with 5 brothers and sisters. My parents instilled me with a strong work ethic, integrity and compassion.

I am the proud mother of 4 wonderful daughters and 3 beautiful grandchildren.

When I’m not working, I spend time with my family, play golf, ski, hike, camp and read.

I have been active as a Wish Grantor with Make-A-Wish Foundation. I also have done volunteer work for Special Olympics and Hunter’s Dream Foundation.

I believe the most important ingredient to a successful real estate relationship is communication. You will receive consistent, honest, and professional communication from me!

5. When hired to sell a client's home, I will always make recommendations that can assist them in determing their home's value or help reduce the home's marketing time, even if it means telling them things that they do not want to hear.

6. I will never lose sight of the fact that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability, and creativity are what make my real estate transactions successful.

7 I will prioritize my time so that I am working effectively with people who are serious about buying and selling real estate.

8. I will always treat all parties fairly and honestly.

9. I will always promote the best interest of my client. I will obtain the best price for the client and I will always disclose to the client all facts that might affect or influence their decision.

10. I will provide the best possible service for every client I represent.
