Tina has been with Realty Oasis since January of 2000. She has a BS in Communications and a Masters in Secondary Education. She is responsible for assisting Mark with contract documents, meeting deadlines and communicating with all the parties involved in the transaction. She is also responsible for keeping our properties up to date on our websites, preparing market analysis data for your home and preparing writen communication to you during the pre-contract period. Tina is responsible for updating Internet driven market email support systems, Internet publishing and authoring, and education and systems integration.

Yvette Cabeza de Vaca is the Title Account Executive for Meridian Title and Escrow. Yvette works hard to prepare the proper title documents for a smooth and errorless closing.

Mark heads up the negotiation department for Realty Oasis and assists Meridian Title closers. He has some of the top experience levels in regards to Short Sale experience and knowledge. His primary action plan is based on a smooth and errorless Short Sale Closing closing.

Cynthia has just begun working with all of Mark's Internet leads and buying clients.  She has expert knowledge of Metro Denver and understands the personal service that buyers need in today's market.  Cynthia relates well with buyers and is determined to find them exactly what they are looking for.

Sylvia just joined our team and is working with Mark's buyer clients.  She spcializes in working the special needs of buyers and is very knowledgable with all of Metro Denver.  Sylvia loves helping buyers find the perfect home.
