My office, Metro Brokers Marina Square, has 110 Brokers and 6 receptionists. We are open 7 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, providing personal service to our clients. We do not use an answering service.

I recommend a list price that will "net" you at least 98% of that list price.
Pricing is the single most critical marketing decision. If the price is not right, it doesn't matter how much marketing you do.
