People often ask, why real estate? I tell them, “I like houses, I like people and it’s great that I can make a living for my family doing something I LOVE!”  I want to help people achieve one of the greatest accomplishments of security; a home to provide shelter, warmth, love and safety.  I began my real estate career in 1994, I am a full time REALTOR, and I really enjoy making new friends and building life-long relationships as I assist people with all of their real estate needs. It is a huge compliment to me when friends refer their friends to me, and nearly 80% of my business comes from referrals.  THANK YOU!
   

Originally from Sonora, CA, I moved to Colorado in 1989 and I LOVE it here!! I can't imagine ever leaving, unless it's a quick visit to a beach somewhere which my husband and I try to do once a year. We've been to several different places in Mexico, St. Thomas/St. John's, Dominican Republic, of course Key West, San Diego, and Lake Powell, and even Malindi, Kenya, Africa for a two week mission trip!

I have two of my own children (aka “my other two heartbeats”!) Krystal and Alex. Only 11 months apart and now grown, I appreciate every chance I can to spend time with the wonderful adults they have become! Since 2003, when I remarried, I also have 3 stepsons, Josh, Nate & Nick. Yes, we (almost) became the Brady bunch!!   Family time is my favorite time!!

I have played the drums since I was about 7 years old, and still "kick it" every chance I get. I enjoy photography, music, the outdoors, working in our yard and classic cars!! (Mopar is my fav!)

I appreciate life, love, truth, the sun, the water, and my husband. God has been good to me! He gives me GRACE when I don't deserve it ~ and MERCY when He doesn't give me what I DO deserve! I'm also passionate about helping others and think as Americans we should be more appreciative of what we have!

In 2007, after much thought, consideration, and prayer I decided to open my own real estate company. After 13 years of working for other prosperous real estate agents, it was time for me to spread my wings and take a leap of faith!   I’m excited about the work and continued plans God has in store for our company. Yep, I did say, “our company”. I named the company Son And SEA for a reason. (And obviously, it’s not because I am in California or Florida! And, no, I did not misspell “Son”.) Let me explain, “S.E.A.” are my initials; (Convenient that it also spells a word), and “Son” is representative of my partner, and Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I truly do believe that everything I have and all that I am, I owe to God~ including my business. So, it is with great pleasure that I’ve gone to work WITH and FOR God.
