Walt Whatley and Steve Sandifer formed TLC Brokers in January 2011 to enable them to provide excellent services to the real estate buyers and real estate sellers they represent.  Both Walt and Steve bring many years of real estate experience to this new company.  As well as valuable marketing and sales experience prior to launching their real estate careers.  (Walt Whatley has signed large products and services contracts on every continent except Antarctica!)

In recent years, Walt Whatley and Steve Sandifer individually and as a team represented buyers and sellers in more than 450 real estate transactions.  Four hundred fifty and counting.  Most of the homes listed and/or sold by Walt Whatley and Steve Sandifer are southwest of Denver, in Morrison, Littleton, Lakewood, and unincorporated Jefferson County. 

TLC Brokers specializes in home sales in Willow Springs, Willowbrook, Marston Slopes, Homestead, Deer Creek Mesa, and White Deer Valley subdivisions.  These areas combined are what are referred to as Walt Whatley and Steve Sandifer's geographical farm areas.  They and their families live in this geographical farm area, and many of their listings are within this area or close to it.

TLC Brokers' geographical farm areas in Southwest Jefferson County all provide easy access to  downtown Denver, DTC, Denver West, DIA (Denver International Airport), Golden, and other major metro Denver locations, as well as to Colorado's many mountain communities and ski resorts. 

Adrienne Whatley is a native New Yorker, who moved to Denver in 1976.  With the exception of a few years during which she lived in Houston in the late 70s, she has lived in the SW Denver ever since.  After graduating from Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY, she has worked continuously in the field of corporate communications. 

After moving to Denver she joined a high-tech software company that offered products and services to the worldwide petroleum industry.  She held many positions with that firm that ranged from technical writing and client training to the company sales representative in China.

In 1999 Adrienne and Walt married, and in this century she changed careers and has been working with Walt and his partner Steve Sandifer to showcase and advertise their real estate listings.

Anne is a Denver native.  She briefly left the area for college, however, after graduating Summa Cum Laude, she returned to Denver to begin her professional career.

Her real estate interests began as an investor buying rental properties in the metro area.  Eventually, she obtained her Broker’s License and sold real estate in the metro area for many years.  She then strayed into the technology arena for 8 years; only to return to real estate after the technology “crash” in 2001.   After deciding she did not want to sell full time, she created a unique role for herself that capitalizes on her special combination of skills.  She is part Virtual Real Estate Assistant, part technology consultant and part Real Estate Consultant.

She has been with Walt and Associates and now TLC brokers for almost 9 years.  Anne’s primary mission is one that many other brokers consider unnecessary and a waste of time.  She promptly contacts all showing agents and obtains detailed feedback on recent showing activity.  She compiles weekly reports reflecting showing activity and allowing Walt, Steve and our sellers to easily track that activity as well as trends in feedback from agents and prospective buyers.
