Hi Steve,
Just wanted to thank you for doing more than what was required to insure that we had the condo of our choice. Your knowledge of Forclosures and bank owned properties was exceptional. Due to to your continual prompting with the sellers and the finance company to ensure all deadlines were met. You were also helpful with providing references for obtaining the furnace, electrical and plumbing inspections. You also immediately sent in our offer so that I was the first to respond on the bank owned property, thus our offer was accepted. You were so helpful through this process. We will recommend you to our friends and family in the future.
Thanks Again,

Steve,
I wanted to thank you very much for the awesome job you did finding my new home!
As you know, I was in a serious time crunch and you came through with flying colors! Days, Nights, Weekends you really went the extra mile for me! The work you did was amazing… not only did you find a house for me but you found a “place that I could call home” You truly are a great realtor and I was really impressed that you took the time to truly listen to my needs! Thank you so much for being a truly great realtor! It’s hard to find professional people like yourself that really care about your clients.
I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.
Thanks again!

Steve, Thank you again for all your hard work on selling my dad's house. You were so amazing.I appreciate so much that you cared about the fact that it was my late father's house and you were completely respectful of him and us and what we needed with the sale. You paid attention to detail and helped us with all questions(which we had many). We have told everyone about you.We will always call upon you if we have any real estate needs. Seriously, we have bought and sold many homes and you are by far the best realtor we have ever had and this has been the best experience we have ever had inspite of the unfortunate circumstances. Thanks again

The process of listing and selling our home in Colorado started in the summer of 2009. We were contacted by a realtor asking if we ever wanted to sell our home as he had several parties interested in our property. After several months of going back and forth to Arizona we decided to relocate. We eventually contacted this realtor and listed our home and signed a 6 month contract. The realtor assured us if we were not happy with him we could simply break the contract. We had a few showings in the beginning, then nothing. After purchasing a home in Arizona we moved everything over a 2-3 month period. After about 6 weeks in Arizona I flew back to Colorado to make my final trip. When I arrived at our property the weeds were out of control, and the grass and trees were dead. Now I knew why the showings had stopped. I called the realtor and asked when the last time he was out he said “just a few days ago I put out some additional flyers”. Needless to say I was furious. I certainly didn’t expect him to cut the grass, but I did expect him to let me know if the property was not showing well. He did meet me and he agreed the property looked terrible. I fired him on the spot.
I then contacted Steve Konecny and made him aware of our experience with the other realtor and asked him to list our property. Steve got all the paperwork together in a very timely fashion and we relisted our home. Steve was very honest and advised to get the property cleaned up and informed us that the market was very slow and it might take some time. Throughout this process Steve was more than professional and he kept us updated at least once a week. After 6 months of making double payments, my wife and I decided this was becoming a financial struggle. We called Steve and informed him of our concerns and asked him for some advice. Steve was very straight forward with us and discussed several options and how each option would affect us and possibly our credit. We appreciated his candor. We finally decided to list it as a short sale and after doing so we began getting more showings. We finally got and offer. Throughout this process Steve was very efficient, very patient in answering all of our questions and was always available. We finally closed in March 2011.
We can’t say enough about Steve as far as his guidance throughout this whole process. When things go wrong I’m the first in line to complain, but when someone goes out of their way to make things happen I’ll also be the first to give credit.
Thanks Steve for your help and dedication to you profession.

Thank you for all of your dedication to our best interest. We had many decisions to make, you ensured we had a clear understanding every step of the way. Our home buying experience turned out to be very educational which enabled us to feel great about our new home in every way. We are confident there are no big surprises lurking with the home itself due to the inspection process that we were fully involved in. With all of the turmoil in today's market place it certainly was a comfort to have you on our side.
