 I was a combat medic in the Air Force, then a teacher and later a pastor at two large churches in Oregon and Washington.  I worked in higher education as Dean Of Students at Judson College and as a teacher at Western Bible College. I've taught courses at several schools including Colorado Christian University, and, I occasionally substitute in music in Denver Public Schools.

 I have bachelor and master degrees, and I've completed requirements for both Certified Home Inspections and a Licensed Colorado Real Estate Appraising (not active).

     Since 2007, I've run The $129 Home Inspection Company which does full service, Certified Home Inspections for Buyers, Banks and Realtors with prices of $129, $169, and $199. Inspections come with a 30 page photo e-Report and clients get a free Home Buyers Handbook.

     I've worked in residential housing for over 30 years as an Inspector, Re/Max and Metro Broker, Appraiser, and Contractor. I've been fortunate enough to receive several awards including Realtor Of The Year.

     When not inspecting or selling houses, or caring for our rentals, I like spending time with my college teacher wife or playing gospel bluegrass on my vintage Gibson guitar.

Jake, our lively Beagle supervises the wild life on our acreage on Bear Creek overlooking Fox Hollow Golf Course. We prioritize church activities and occasionally travel to South America or Asia.
