Phil Robberson is Tim's oldest son. They have been partners since 2007 when Phil returned to the States having lived in Japan as a college teacher for some 14 years.

Phil is a Buyer Specialist and has excelled in historic home sales. A sizeable part of his business is with singles and young couples.

As a Master Teacher, Phil teaches and translates Japnese from time to time.

When not selling real estate, Phil volunteers as a counselor for troubled youth and enjoys singing.
