I have been a licensed broker since 1994. I can't believe it's been 15 years already. I'm originally from Northwest Indiana but have lived in Colorado for over 20 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and graduated in 1987.

I'm also married to my beautiful wife Julie and we have two children named Tyler and Travis.

I specialize in assisting my customers in the sale and purchase of residental real estate, be it single family homes, condominiums or townhomes. After 15 years of full time real estate assistance the bulk of my business is repeat and referral but, I have also been saving people from foreclosure by assisting them in the short sale process.

What I enjoy most about my business is the satisfaction I get when I have assisted my customers in achieving their real estate goals, be it a home sold, purchased or saving someone from foreclosure through short sale. There are many hoops that need to be jumped through in order to close a transaction and I am thankful for the many I have closed over the years because all of these transactions have give me the opportunity and experience to become an expert negotiator for my clients in the areas of price offered, inspection negotiations, working with lenders to get transactions closed and the tact and professionalism needed to work with all the parties involved. I'm a pretty easy going person but if I have to negotiate hard for my client I will. I have a strong sense of right and wrong and if things are not going right for my client I'm not afraid to speak up.
