Becky Lascano and Bob Tracy together have over 50 years experience in helping people with their real estate needs.
Becky began her real estate career in the 1970s in Colorado and has helped hundreds of families meet their housing and investment needs She was awarded the highest form of real estate license, a managing broker's license, 30 years ago and has been actively increasing her knowledge of the real estate business since that time Becky has been an active volunteer in her local Realtor association, Aurora Association of Realtors, enjoying working with numerious committees and community outreach programs Real estate agents who are Realtors have adopted a code of ethics of ensure that they treat other Realtors and the public with utmost honesty and fairness. Becky has been invested in ensuring that the public is treated ethically by volunteering on the Professional Standards panels for both the Aurora Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors. She currently serves CAR on the Grievance Committee to assist with complaints.
Bob has been in sales for more years than he talks about and was with a large home restoration business for many years being the most successful negotiator in their history. He moved on to train other negotiators/salespeople and open businesses around the US. Bob learned how to sell acreage early in his real estate career and quickly became the "expert" in land east of Denver (i.e. Watkins, Bennett, Strasburg and Byers). He became the representative for a developer who specialized in erecting top notch modulars on 35-40 acre sites. Bob moved on to represent an excellent custom builder who built from your floor plan or his on 10 to 40 acre sites. This builder was especially active in Watkins Ranch as well as parts of Strasburg and Bennett. Wells, septic, outbuildings, Bob knows it all.
