Judy has been a Realtor since 1987. She stresses, honesty and helping others and works at being a Professional. She is enjoying the team of Metro Brokers in Grand Junction. Judy brings 24 years of experience as a full time Realtor. She has a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institue) and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and is the Broker/Owner of her own company, Panorama Real Estate. She has lived in Grand Junction a total of 20 years and has been a Grand Junction Realtor for six plus years. Judy was President of the Belhaven Townhome Association in Grand Junction for April 2010 until August 2011. She was Secretary and then President of the Country Ridge Homeowners Association in Grand Junction for the 2006-2007 year. Previous to moving back to Grand Junction in 2006 she was a Realtor in Steamboat Springs for 19 years and served on various committees including a Grievance Committee, Secretary of the Board for the Water Board for Steamboat II for 8 years. The Water Board took on the duties of parks, etc. so became a "Metro District" (but is not to be confused with Metro Brokers.) Judy was a Metro Broker in Steamboat for part of the 19 years. Judy enjoys taking education classes. She received her GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and her CRS (Colorado Residential Specialist.) After selling Real Estate in Steamboat Springs for 19 years, she returned to Grand Junction to continue selling Real Estate. Judy enjoyed being a Metro Broker in Steamboat and enjoys the team of Metro Brokers in Grand Junction where she opened Panorama Real Estate. Judy brings 24 years of experience as a full time Realtor in addition to all of her Real Estate Education classes to help assist you. She graduated from Mesa College when it was a two year college. She also has a B.S. in Home Economics Education from Colorado State University and a Masters Degree from the University of Colorado in Child Development.
