I have been with Metro Brokers since 2001. The market has changed quite a bit since I have started and I can say that I have been successful with all of the changes.

When it comes time to hire an agent you want to make sure they are doing several deals a year and not just keeping their license active.  I started doing short sales when they first came out with the lenders.  I can go back to Washington Mutual and Country Wide Home Loans. In 2011 all of my short sales closed. I worked with Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo.

I also do fix and flips and have a great eye on the cost of projects along with how good homes have been refinished. When it comes time to list a home in this market it needs to be done right.  I won't go in and tell a seller that their home is worth more than it really is.

I have been in Colorado since I was five.  I love everything about the state and have been lucky enough to enjoy it with my family.  My husband and I have two sons in college and one races motocross.  I'm the President of Rocky Mountain Motocross Association.  It's a volunteer position and there are close to 900 members.  I have always volunteered with things involving my kids whether it was school class time or something with the several sports they have been involved with.
