Marketing Committee:
Determines and oversees the Association's marketing/PR/advertising budget.

Membership Committee:
Reviews membership retention and recruitment plans as well as makes recommendations regarding new office applications.

Trademark & Image Enhancement Committee:
Protects the use of the Metro Brokers, Inc. trade names and logos, and enforces the guidelines for use by membership.

Technology Committee:
Keeps abreast of technological advances in the real estate industry; recommends products and provides support and education for those applications, tools and methods available to the association in an effort to advance their business practices.
Committee Chair: Mike Bradley
Education Committee:
Organizes free continuing education classes for mandatory update courses plus other relevant classes to Colorado's market. This committee also provides agent training on industry standards and technology products.

Election Committee:
Meets annually to recommend director candidates and oversee the process of electing new members to the Board of Directors
Budget Committee:
Approves and monitors the annual budget for all committees and makes revisions throughout the year as needed.
