Dean’s area of expertise is Denver and its surrounding communities; most of his transactions have been in the North West Metro Denver area, where he has lived for over 50 years.  Arvada, Broomfield, Westminster, Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, and Thornton are all part of his family's origins.  He was a graduate of Arvada West High School and obtained his Master's in Business from Regis University and a Juris Doctorate law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.  He currently practices law for all Colorado jurisdictions and United States federal jurisdictions. 

Dean has a family of his own so he understands the difference between a “house” and a “home”. Dean has been on staff as a Youth Director for teen camps and other youth programs.  From his heart, Dean says,  "Knowing the importance and essentials of raising a family and what makes a home that is not just a place to live but a place for a family to grow".   He has also been on staff in Arvada West High School and North Denver High School classrooms.

“I really love real estate and all the details in the many facets of Real Estate,” says Dean.  Dean has been an investor in rental properties, vacation homes, and taking a raw piece of Land and developing it into a residential community.  Part of what makes Dean’s ability to help a family find a “home” or help an investor develop his portfolio is his experience in the technical side of real estate.  Dean claims, “So many Real Estate Agents claim to know real estate but could not tell you the difference between the soffit, tail, and fascia on a home; or explain what the meaning of that letter “X” and that letter “T” etched into the sidewalk in front of your house.”  Dean can because of his 20 years in Construction, Land Development, and Civil Engineering across the country.  Wouldn't You rather have a Realtor who knows how to build a house?
